By accessing or using this website, submitting a quote request, communicating with us regarding an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policies specifically incorporated into them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not place an order.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products through our website.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website.
• Use automated systems to improperly scrape, reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit website content or pricing.
• Submit false customer, vehicle, payment, shipping, or identification information.

3. Product Sourcing & Availability

American Used Auto Parts LLC specializes in sourcing used OEM engines, transmissions, and related automotive components through a network of automotive recyclers, suppliers, and parts facilities.

Product availability may change before an order is finalized. Quotations do not guarantee inventory unless otherwise confirmed by us.

If a quoted component becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may offer a comparable compatible component, provide an updated quotation, or cancel and refund the applicable order.

4. Vehicle Information & Compatibility

Accurate vehicle information is essential when purchasing used engines, transmissions, and related drivetrain components.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including, where requested:

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
• Year, make, and model.
• Engine size and configuration.
• Transmission type.
• Drivetrain information.
• Any additional specifications requested by our team.

We use the information provided by the customer to identify compatible components. Customers should review their quotation, invoice, and component specifications before authorizing an order.

5. Used Product Condition & Images

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by American Used Auto Parts LLC are used automotive components.

Used parts may show reasonable signs of previous use, including dirt, discoloration, surface oxidation, cosmetic marks, scratches, or other appearance-related imperfections.

Photos displayed on our website, advertisements, quotations, emails, or marketing materials may be representative images and may not depict the exact individual component shipped to the customer unless specifically identified as an image of that unit.

Cosmetic appearance does not by itself indicate the mechanical condition of a used component.

6. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD).

Final order pricing may include the component price, applicable taxes, freight charges, residential-delivery charges, liftgate fees, limited access fees, or other applicable logistics charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final quotation or invoice before authorizing payment.

We reserve the right to cancel, correct, or decline an order in cases involving:

• Obvious pricing or listing errors.
• Product availability changes.
• Incorrect vehicle information.
• Payment authorization failures.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
• Shipping or fulfillment restrictions.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment and no product has been supplied, any refund due will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund procedures.

7. Shipping & Freight Delivery

Engines, transmissions, and other large automotive components may be shipped using commercial freight or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, mechanical delays, holidays, destination accessibility, supplier processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, telephone number, and delivery information.

Freight Inspection

Customers or their authorized recipients should inspect freight for visible shipping damage when delivery is made.

Visible damage should be documented on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever reasonably possible, and customers should contact us promptly with photographs and supporting documentation.

Freight claims may be subject to carrier rules, deadlines, and documentation requirements.

8. Limited Warranty

Eligible engines and transmissions sold by American Used Auto Parts LLC may include a 6-month limited parts warranty, subject to the applicable written warranty terms provided with or made available for the order.

Warranty coverage, eligibility, exclusions, claim procedures, required documentation, remedies, and other conditions are described in our separate Warranty Policy.

Customers should review the applicable Warranty Policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.

9. Installation & Maintenance

Engines and transmissions are complex mechanical components. We strongly recommend that installation and diagnosis be performed by a qualified automotive repair professional.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is properly diagnosed before replacing a component and that all required installation procedures, fluids, filters, seals, cooling-system checks, programming, relearns, and related maintenance requirements are completed as appropriate for the vehicle and component.

Warranty coverage may depend on the terms contained in the applicable written Warranty Policy and supporting documentation.

10. Returns, Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy or prohibited by law, approved non-defective returns resulting from customer error, incorrect ordering, change of mind, or refusal of an otherwise conforming delivery may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and applicable inbound and outbound freight costs.

Eligible returns generally require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the component is shipped back.

Return eligibility, deadlines, shipping responsibility, refund calculations, and exceptions are governed by the Return & Refund Policy applicable to the order.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another arrangement is legally required or agreed to in writing.

Bank, card-network, and payment-processor processing times may affect how quickly an approved refund appears in the customer's account.

Shipping, freight, restocking charges, and other deductions may apply where permitted under the applicable Return & Refund Policy and law.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing, fulfillment, warranty, or order problem, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we can review the matter.

We may provide invoices, transaction records, shipping documentation, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product information, and other relevant records to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, American Used Auto Parts LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, installation, removal, failure, or inability to use a product.

Where permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a product claim will not exceed the remedies available under the applicable written warranty or the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to every customer.

14. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, design elements, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to American Used Auto Parts LLC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content without appropriate authorization.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings regarding an order, the customer and American Used Auto Parts LLC are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

Any arbitration provision, forum-selection provision, or other alternative dispute-resolution agreement applicable to a particular transaction will apply only to the extent it forms part of an enforceable agreement and is permitted under applicable law.
