1. Introduction & Acceptance

American Used Auto Parts LLC (hereinafter "The Company") provides this website to facilitate the sourcing and sale of used automotive parts. By accessing americanusedautoparts.us (the "Site") or purchasing products, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Use of Site & Security

This Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. You agree not to use any automated devices (crawlers, spiders, bots) to scrape content or pricing from the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your quote details and order information.

3. Product Descriptions & Images

Representation: Used auto parts may vary in appearance. Images used on the Site or in emails are often generic/stock representations of the part type and may not depict the exact unit you will receive.

Condition: All parts are sold as "Used" and may show normal signs of wear, surface rust, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect mechanical function.

4. Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). You agree to pay all applicable taxes and shipping fees shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspicion of fraud. If a charge is suspected to be fraudulent, we will report it to the relevant banking authorities.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability (Critical)

Limited Parts Warranty: We warrant that our engines and transmissions will be free from fatal mechanical defects (knocking, cracking, excessive smoking) for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

NO LABOR REIMBURSEMENT: Under no circumstances will American Used Auto Parts LLC be liable for labor costs, installation fees, towing charges, rental car fees, or fluid costs incurred by the customer. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price.

6. Returns & Restocking Fees

As outlined in our Return Policy, ordering the wrong part or refusing a delivery will result in a 25% Restocking Fee plus the cost of shipping. Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA number within 30 days of the invoice date.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Used Auto Parts LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware.
